The Management Board of VIGO Photonics S.A. with its registered office in Ożarów Mazowiecki (the "Company"), with reference to the Company's current report No. 40/2026 of September 7, 2026, and current report No. 41/2026 of September 7, 2026, hereby announces that on September 8, 2026, it became aware of the issuance by the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A., "KDPW") of a notice dated September 8, 2026, regarding the registration date in the securities depository maintained by KDPW of 131,219 series G ordinary bearer shares of the Company (the "Shares", the "Notice"). According to the Notice, the Shares will be registered in the securities depository on September 9, 2026. Consequently, upon the registration of the Shares, the condition for introducing the Shares to exchange trading resulting from Resolution No. 1276/2026 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A., the "Resolution") referred to in current report No. 41/2026 will be fulfilled. According to the Resolution, the introduction of the Shares to exchange trading on the main market will take place on September 9, 2026.

Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 item 2 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies, in conjunction with § 18 section 1 item 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of June 6, 2025 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
